Pathway Lead at Columbia Grange School
An exciting opportunity has arisen for the right person to join the middle leadership team, to be one of our curriculum pathway leads, at Columbia Grange School, a primary specialist provision for children, aged five to eleven, with a diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder and/or Severe Learning Difficulties. The pathways are curriculum led, based on stage and not age. The leader will be responsible for leading the curriculum, staff and pastoral needs.
Currently there are three pathways within the school, which are organised depending on the needs of the pupils. Each pathway has a lead who is responsible for day-to day running and organisation, developing excellent communication systems and supporting staff and pupils in their pathway.

Treehouse Leader
The CEO and Trust Board of Oak Learning Trust seek to recruit an aspirational and effective leader for our additionally resourced provision for children with autism at John F. Kennedy Primary School.
